Dr. Kiernan is a 1983 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic and in 1989 completed a masters degree in sports science at the United States Sports Academy. Dr. Kiernan has been a student of Active Release Techniques since 1993 and a instructor since 1999. He currently practices in Rockaway Park Queens N.Y. only ten minutes from Kennedy airport.
