Dr. Higgins is owner of San Diego Family Chiropractic. He has practiced and instructed ART since 1999. He graduated in 1997 from National College of Chiropractic located in Chicago, Illinois. He is an Instructor, holds advanced certification in all areas of Active Release Techniques including Biomechanics and is a member of the ART Elite Provider’s Network. He also specializes in adjustments to the upper and lower extremities. In 2002 and 2003 Dr. Higgins volunteered in the Sports Medicine program at the United States Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California. While there, he treated elite athletes in a variety of sports disciplines. In his clinic, he currently works with players for the San Diego Chargers, members of the track and field teams at UCSD and SDSU, Ironman Triathlon participants, personal trainers, as well as athletes in various sports ranging from recreational to professional.
