Dr. Zak is the clinic director of Zak Performance Health in Westlake, Ohio. He is a graduate of the National University of health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. His professional skills include Active Release Techniques for the spine, upper and lower extremities, biomechanics certified, diversified adjusting technique, flexion/distraction, motion palpation, spinal and extra spinal rehabilitation, nutrition, Sole Supports dynamic orthotics casting, and physiotherapy. Dr. Zak has treated Ironman triathletes at the Panama City, Florida triathlon as well as at the Ironman world Championships in Kona, Hawaii. Dr. Zak has experience working with numerous amateurs, collegiate, professional (N.F.L., M.L.B., N.B.A., P.G.A.), and Olympic caliber athletes; and is currently working with the Cleveland Browns. Dr. Zak has not limited his scope of expertise to just athletes; he also enjoys helping individuals with non-sports related ailments. Dr. Zak is also available to treat patients out of his
